The Companions is a bunch of people from all over the place who meet on the internet to play games, chat, and just generally have a good time being friends. The original founders wanted to form a guild that was fun to belong to and helpful to others as well. Other guilds were rife with role-playing and boot-licking, and that really wasn't what they thought it should be all about. Well, in the meantime they have moved on to other things, the majority of guild members have moved off of INN and onto the net, and different people handle the chore of organizing guild activities on a day-to-day basis. The core idea, though, remains firm. We are here to have fun together, help other people to deal with this maze called the internet, and play games (multi-player games being in our opinion one of the best things you can do with your computer for relaxation and Companionship!) |
